Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lynn Haven, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes construction of an additional asphalt parking lot, basketball court, lighting, playground, landscaping, and concrete sidewalks at James Rogers Park in Lynn Haven. There will be no Mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project. All bidders shall be pre-qualified to bid prior to submitting a bid. The Owner has the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids and modify quantities at any time. Each bidder must provide a Bid Bond or security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information to Bidders. Performance & Payment Bonds will be required from the awarded Bidder. Sureties used for obtaining bonds must appear as acceptable according to the Department of Treasury Circular 570.
