This will require some structural steel attachments to the building, mechanical drains, and roofing material installation, for the awning expansion. The work will be in the main emergency depart ambulance and EMS entrance to the emergency room. This will require coordination with the schedule of work with the emergency department and how to keep the area accessible for ambulance and EMS services during the work of the project. Special Constraints: The successful contractor shall possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in an active healthcare environment. The contractor must demonstrate prior experience managing subcontractors on healthcare projects of similar scope and complexity. Additionally, the contractor shall have experience coordinating with the Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM), including scheduling all required inspections and special inspections associated with the project. A comprehensive understanding of healthcare-specific requirements is essential, including Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) protocols and applicable fire and life safety codes.
