The City of South Jordan seeks information from qualified contractors and suppliers with experience in installing structural grade culvert lining for the 2026 Culvert Maintenance projects. The scope of work involves protecting and maintaining the city's underground storm drain chamber system through the installation of a structural liner system (such as slip liner, spiral wound liner, Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP), or steel liner) for the restoration of existing underground chambers. The requirements include lining approximately 1,650 linear feet of chamber sections within 96-inch non-perforated corrugated metal pipe, covering about 41,600 square feet of interior surface area. The targeted chambers show early signs of deterioration and structural deficiency. Submittals must be made electronically via the Bonfire platform before the specified deadline. All queries must be submitted through the Bonfire Question and Answer function. No direct contact or paper submissions are permitted. The city reserves the right to reject any proposal deemed not in the project's best interest or the city’s, and the right to award the project in full or in part. Registration on Bonfire is required to access procurement documents and participate in the process. No bidders or planholders lists will be provided.
