Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in South Jordan, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
Questions Due Date: Jun 3rd 2026, 12:00 PM MDT All questions and requests for explanations must be submitted through the Euna Procurement portal in the Public Q&A tab under the Message section. The City seeks to hire a qualified CM/GC to guide the City through the pre-construction phase and construction of a new Public Works West Side Facility and a new Public Works Water Annex Facility located within the existing Public Works yard. The CM/GC will provide pre-construction and construction services in conjunction with the Architect's design team lead, and is expected to work proactively with the Architect and the City to design a project within the approved construction budget. The City does not provide Bidders lists or Planholders lists and reserves the right to award the bid in full or in part, or reject any proposal for various reasons as determined by the City. No paper proposals will be accepted and all inquiries and responses must be made online via Bonfire. The City seeks to hire a qualified CM/GC to guide the City through the pre-construction phase and construction of a new Public Works West Side Facility and a new Public Works Water Annex Facility located within the existing Public Works yard described within this RFP. The City anticipates the CM/GC will provide pre-construction and construction services in conjunction with the Design Team lead by the architect, Blalock & Partners, also referred to within this RFP as "Architect". The CM/GC shall work proactively with the Architect and the City to design a project within the approved construction budget. A. Public Works West Side Facility: The Public Works West Side Facility will include facilities and infrastructure to provide a fully functional Public Works Campus to enable the City to continue to provide proper services to a growing community. The campus will occupy a site that is roughly 18 acres of developed area that will include an administration building, fleet maintenance building, enclosed and conditioned vehicle storage buildings, covered parking and storage areas, parking areas, storage and laydown areas, a vehicle wash building, covered bulk material storage building, and a fuel station (among other accessory structures) within a secure fenced area. B. Water Annex Facility: This facility is expected to be roughly 12,000 square feet and will provide Recreation and Public Works storage areas as well as public restrooms. This facility will replace the existing storage sheds and restrooms on site. Note: the City may choose to deliver this facility using a separate, Design, Bid and Build delivery method.
