Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Granite Bay, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are invited for the Air Release Valve Replacement Program 2024/2025. The project consists of replacing 45 existing combination air release valves (1-inch, 2-inch, and 3-inch) located within the northwestern portion of the service area in Placer County. Work includes demolition, installation of air release valves and all appurtenances, enclosures, excavation, backfill, compaction, asphalt paving, concrete paving, and landscape restoration. The District will provide the air release valve and the enclosure's steel cover and vent tube. Completion is required within 120 calendar days from the contract commencement date. Bidders must comply with the Instructions to Bidders. The contract documents, including instructions, bid forms, and plans and specifications, are available for examination at the District office or electronically. Each bidder is required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference. Bids from those not attending the conference will be rejected as non-responsive.
