San Juan Water District is requesting proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide Engineering Services for the Air Release Valve Replacement Program. The selected consultant will provide planning, design, bidding support, and construction support services for the replacement of existing air release valves within the District's retail water system for the next three years. Each year, the consultant will evaluate 60 air release valves and prepare final design for 45 of these valves. Interested firms should refer to the proposal packet for additional instructions and conditions.
