Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Granite Bay, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Roseville Environmental Utilities Department intends to replace two wash water reclamation basins at the Barton Road Water Treatment Plant (BRWTP). The city is currently working with an engineering firm for professional engineering design for this project. The city is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering and construction management firms for Construction Management (CM) Services for this project. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities (hereinafter "Consultants(s)"), that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. Deadline for final questions: June 6th, 2025 at 5:00 P.M.
