Erect a 50 x 80 cold-form metal building at Centennial High School, including installation of overhead and personnel doors as detailed in Exhibit A. Coordinate with ClearSpan for photos during and after erection to ensure compliance with their requirements. The existing building will be demolished and the site leveled with pier footings installed by others before erection begins. The contractor must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, complete requisite background checks for all onsite workforce, review and make efforts to meet Minority and Women Business Enterprise Program Requirements, and provide necessary insurance certifications. Performance and payment bonds are required only if the contract exceeds $150,000. Optional site visits are available upon request.
