Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Kuttawa, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The contract involves labor and materials to install a new 80kw diesel powered generator, associated electrical work, and a concrete pad at the existing Lamasco Pump Station located opposite and near 2186 State Route 730 East (Eddyville), in Lyon County. All work must be performed according to bid documents and specifications. Bids should be submitted as a "Sealed Bid" with the project name, bidder's name, and address on the envelope, and will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis. The project must be fully completed before November 1, 2026. Applicable requirements for Cleaner Water Program (CWP) grant funding must be met by the bidder and all subcontractors. The Lyon County Water District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid it deems advantageous. Bids must remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after bid opening. Minority and small businesses are encouraged to bid.
