Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Eddyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The contract involves the labor and materials to install two new pumps as well as associated electrical equipment and/or plumbing for an upgrade of the existing Lamasco Pump Station, located opposite and near 2186 State Route 730 East (Eddyville). The contract may include, via an add alternate, valve actuator replacement work at the Lamasco Standpipe. All work is located in Lyon County and will be performed in accordance with bid documents and specifications. Bids shall be marked "Sealed Bid" with the project name, bidder's name, and address on the envelope. Bids will be received for a single prime contract, and bids shall be on a unit price basis. Applicable Cleaner Water Program (CWP) requirements and provisions must be met by the bidder and all subcontractors. The successful bidder must have the project fully complete before November 1, 2026. The Lyon County Water District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid it deems advantageous. All bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 90 days after the time set for opening bids. Questions Submitted to Engineer.
