Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Eddyville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.

This project includes the coating/resurfacing of the existing main pool and kiddie pool decks, concession areas, pavilion area, and bathrooms with PenntekChip/Flake Industrial Coatings(R)(or approved product of equal quality) by ate am of trained/certified installation professionals. The coating colors will be coordinated with the City, and will include required anti-slip additives, joint sealing, building exterior wall/deck interface sealing, and all required surface preparation work as required by the materials manufacturer for a certified and fully (aminimum5 year) warrantied installation. The City anticipates that this work will be completed in calendar year 2025. However, under no circumstances will the project extend beyond February 28,2026, without prior approval from the City. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: The City of Eddyville reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner.
