Site work and paving for a road / highway in Newburgh Heights, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are invited for the "East 52nd Street Resurfacing" project. Each bid must include the full names of all parties, an affidavit of interested parties, proper corporate authorization if not chartered in Ohio, and a Bid Guaranty Bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit for 10% of the bid. Bidders must also purchase a set of plans and bid documents, follow all instructions provided, and be listed on the Plan Holders List to be considered responsive. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the most favorable bid. The owner is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against the handicapped.
