Closing Time: 2:00 PM NT Question Acceptance Deadline 2026/06/19 03:00:00 PM NDT As part of the ongoing St. John’s Port Authority (SJPA) Improvement Program, the Port has identified the requirement for an improved dockside experience to greet cruise passengers as they enter and exit the Pier. The Cruise Building will consist of two separate components: a seasonal temporary Security Office and a permanent Passenger Pavilion. This document outlines the civil works associated with the Security Building. Detailed design drawings are provided in Appendix A. Scope of Work The contractor shall complete all civil works required to service the buildings. Work includes, but is not limited to: Supply and installation of water service lateral and sanitary sewer lateral from existing tie-in point to the seasonal temporary Security Office internal plumbing connection. All material removal, trenching, excavation, coring, bedding, backfill, reinstatement and surface works. All fittings, valves, connections, and appurtenances required for a complete servicing installation. Coordination with SJPA and relevant authorities for service tie-ins and shutdowns as required.
