This project consists of roadway and infrastructure improvements along approximately 1.14 miles of Olive Road, from east of Carpenter Creek to N. Davis Highway. The work will convert the existing rural roadway into a Complete Street urban section to enhance safety, capacity, and multimodal accessibility. The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following: Roadway Improvements: Milling, resurfacing, widening, and addition of a two-way left turn lane Curb and Gutter: Installation of Type F curb and gutter and transition to enclosed drainage Pedestrian & Bicycle Facilities: Construction of a 5-foot sidewalk (north side) and 10-foot shared-use path (south side), including ADA compliant features Drainage: Installation of a closed storm drainage system, including inlets, piping, and cross drains Utilities: Waterline installation and coordination with existing utilities Traffic Control & Signals: Maintenance of traffic, signal upgrades, pedestrian signalization, and ITS components Signing, Marking & Lighting: Installation of roadway signage, pavement markings, and intersection lighting Landscaping & Restoration: Installation of streetscape elements and restoration of disturbed areas
