Site work and paving for a road / highway in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

This project involves providing roadway resurfacing improvements and safety improvements to existing and new guardrail locations. The work consists of base repair, milling, and installation of a 2” FDOT SP 12.5 76-22 overlay. Temporary striping is required after each day of production, with thermoplastic striping to be applied 14 days after the paving operation is completed. The project also includes right of way restoration, appropriate fill material, grading for water runoff, sodding, and other incidental work related to roadway resurfacing. There is also an upgrade to the current guardrail system, with new installations. Fifty percent (50%) of the milling will be retained by the Escambia County Road Department, coordinated by the contractor, with trucks provided by the County. The project is divided into five bid alternates: four for resurfacing work and one for guardrail improvements. Escambia County may award the entire project or reduce the scope due to funding limitations. Question Deadline 07/07/2026 at 9:00 AM CT
