Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to replace and install approximately 1,200 square feet of new luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring and cove base in Building 4, Food and Nutrition Administration area. Work includes removal of existing flooring as required, surface preparation, installation of new LVT flooring and cove base, and ensuring proper fit, finish, and adherence to applicable standards. All work shall be performed to introduce and complete the required flooring components and ensure a durable, functional, and compliant finished installation. As of July 14, 2026, this opportunity has not yet been solicited. Responses are due July 20, 2026 at 10:30 AM CDT. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
