Site work for a development in West Bradford, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

The project consists of stream bank rehabilitation along approximately 500 linear feet of a tributary to Goose Creek in West Goshen Township, Chester County. The work includes excavation of failed and eroding bank material, floodplain regrading to reduce steep bank slopes, removal of existing vegetation to facilitate earthwork, installation of erosion control measures, and restoration of disturbed areas with riparian plantings. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of West Goshen Township or a Bid Bond in favor of West Goshen Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. West Goshen Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
