Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Potterville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the construction of a water treatment plant containing two treatment units, with space reserved for a future third unit. The project also includes the installation of a new well into a previously installed and tested casing at the new treatment plant site, interconnecting water main, site work, final connections to raw and finished water main, and the extension of the existing SCADA system. Separate bids will also be received for a Distribution System contract. Prospective bidders must obtain or examine the bidding documents from the designated website or the issuing office and should register as plan holders to receive all updates and addenda. Bidding documents are not available in partial sets. Printed or electronic copies can be purchased, with shipping charges applied accordingly. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held. Attendance is required for bid acceptance. For bid submittal requirements, qualifications, procedures, and contract award details, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the bidding documents. The project is subject to Build America, Buy America Act requirements for the use of domestic materials, with certain waivers applicable.
