Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project generally includes full depth paving, depth paving, milling and overlay, drainage improvements, curbing, sidewalk, ADA improvements, traffic signal improvements, and other related construction improvements. Bids are to be submitted online. Each bid must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond, certified check, or cashier’s check in favor of the Owner in the amount of not less than 10% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond each equal to 100% of the contract price, on Owner-provided bond forms. All bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified and must complete a non-collusion affidavit. Compliance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act is required, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality as permitted by law. Bidders must submit all required documents as specified in the Bid Form.
