Harrisburg Mall Limited Partnership by and through its agent LC Reserve Five, LLC will receive sealed bids for the Swatara Exchange HOP Improvements Project. The scope of work generally includes full depth paving, depth paving, milling and overlay, drainage improvements, curbing, sidewalk, ADA improvements, traffic signal improvements and other related construction improvements. The work indicated will be partially funded from the Commonwealth's Multimodal Transportation Fund pursuant to the following grant contracts (collectively, the "Grant Contracts"): Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant Contract between Owner and the Commonwealth Financing Authority (Contract No. C000093080) ("CFA Grant #1"); Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant Contract between Owner and the Commonwealth Financing Authority (Contract No. C000095961) ("CFA Grant #2"); Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant Reimbursement Agreement for Highway and Bridge Projects between Owner and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (the "PennDOT Grant"). Bids will have a tentative award date of August 2026. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check or cashier's check, in favor of Harrisburg Mall Limited Partnership by and through its agent LC Reserve Five, LLC in the amount of not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder shall be bound to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, on bond forms provided by Harrisburg Mall Limited Partnership by and through its agent LC Reserve Five, LLC.
