Renovation of a military facility in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Scope of work includes the following: Remove existing singly-ply roof system to deck & install new TPO roofing system, flashing, and accessories. Attendance at the pre-bid walk-through is mandatory for Prime Bidders and strongly encouraged for Major Subcontractors. Background checks are required to attend the Pre-Bid Walk-Through. Applications for the background check must be submitted prior to the deadline. Access to the bid submittal location requires security clearance and specific identification documentation. Bidders should allow extra time for the required background check and gaining access clearance. Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated. The Owner will consider the criteria set forth in the "DIVISION 00 RESPONSIBILITY CRITERIA." State prevailing wage rates are applicable and bidders must use the most recent rates. The Owner has Federal funding or other special requirements and the Bidder must comply with the "DIVISION 00 SPECIAL CONDITIONS" section in the specifications. The State reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
