Operating Room-B renovation work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the construction tasks outlined in the Statement of Work. The project involves renovation of the existing operating room space, ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes, regulations, and standards. The contractor will be responsible for proper worker classification, adherence to wage and hour laws, and maintaining an OSHA-certified competent person on-site during all construction activities. The work will be executed under a firm-fixed-price contract, and award will be made to the offeror whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous in accordance with the solicitation requirements and evaluation factors. The project magnitude is estimated between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000, and the requirement is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS code 236220.
