Renovation of a mixed-use development in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Construction services for the renovation of Operating Room B at a Veterans Affairs Medical Center, including all work necessary to complete the renovation in full compliance with applicable codes, VA policies and standards, and contract requirements. The contractor shall furnish all labor, trades, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, permits, licenses, travel, and incidentals required to perform the renovation as detailed in the contract specifications and drawings. Work includes all construction activities necessary to deliver a fully functional renovated operating room within the required performance period. The contract will be firm fixed-price with a period of performance of 365 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed, and will require submission of bid, performance, and payment bonds. Location: Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd, Wilkes Barre, PA 18711. The Magnitude of Construction cost is between $2,000,000.00-$5,000,000.00.
