Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in San Felipe, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Texas Historical Commission is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to install a new water storage tank, structural slab, and below-grade plumbing. Work shall include all associated site preparation. The work must be completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and the Texas State Fire Marshal's Office code requirements. All items above will be installed at the San Felipe de Austin State Historic Site. Bidders are required to schedule and complete a pre-bid site visit/inspection during the specified time frame. A signed Site Visit Form must be included in the bid submission, or the bid will be rejected. A security bid bond is also required; bids exceeding $25,000 must include a bid guarantee or security in the form of an original bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the Texas Historical Commission for not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid (including all alternate bid items). This project does not require a VetHUB Subcontracting Plan. Bids must be submitted electronically in a single combined PDF.
