Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing of necessary labor and materials for the rehabilitation, construction, and subsequent one-year maintenance period for the Mahoning County Metropolitan Sewer District Improvement #544 - Craig Beach Wastewater Treatment Plant Electrical Upgrades located at 2599 Grandview Rd, Lake Milton, Ohio 44429. The estimated cost is $125,000. The work must be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications on file at the Mahoning County Sanitary Engineer. All contractors and subcontractors are required, to the extent practicable, to use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor. Compliance with all relevant Federal, State, and Local laws, statutes, ordinances, licensing, wage rates, non-discriminating hiring practices, and equal employment opportunity is mandatory.
