Renovation of a multi-residential development in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Bids are sought from certified licensed Abatement Firms, Supervisors, and Workers for the rehabilitation of one home in Washington County. The job must be completed in 45 working days. The home contains asbestos containing material (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP); safe work practices as noted in the reports must be followed. Work should begin within two weeks of notification, with liquidated damages charged for each working day past the contract end date. To be responsive, bidders must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and Work Write Up. TERO certification is required for preference. The successful bidder must comply with Tribal rules, TERO regulations, and pay all applicable fees, including ½ of 1% of the contract award and $25 per day per non-Indian employee. Davis-Bacon Wage Rate #OK20260005 applies. Bids may be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders, and the Housing Authority reserves the right to determine responsiveness and to reject any and all bids. Bidders are responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting bids, which may not be withdrawn for 30 days after the due date. Repairs include carpentry, hazard reduction, paint and finish. Bids must be submitted by the deadline and delivered as specified. Proof of TERO certification must accompany the bid for preference. The successful bidder must complete TERO paperwork and pay required fees for the contract to be executed.
