The City of Glens Falls, in collaboration with the Town of Queensbury, Town of Moreau, Village of South Glens Falls, and Washington County Sewer District No. 1, is seeking qualified engineering firms to evaluate certain inflow and infiltration (I&I) projects undertaken by the municipalities. The selected engineering firm is expected to produce a report providing a calculation of I&I removed from the collection systems of the involved municipalities, with a reasonable degree of engineering certainty, based on provided information and collaboration with the municipalities. Proposals must be received by the stated deadline. Professional services firms, individuals, or teams that include NYS Certified MBE or WBE or individuals and Section 3 Businesses are strongly encouraged to submit proposals. Consultants and firms are also encouraged to use DBE sub-consultants where appropriate. Proposals must be submitted in PDF format by email and received by the deadline.
