The Project generally consists of the following work Play area improvements consisting of a new poured-in-place safety surfacing and appropriate sub-base, a 4' tall black chain link fence with two (2) gates, asphalt walkway, 20' x 32' concrete pad (pavilion provided by others), 14' x 20' concrete pad (portable bathroom area). Project has 3 alternate bids for asphalt pathway, sport court resurfacing and play area expansion with new equipment. Play area improvements including poured-in-place safety surfacing, sub-base, 4 foot black chain link fence with two gates, asphalt walkway, and two concrete pads for a pavilion and portable bathroom area. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
