Sealed bids are requested for the Anderson Valley Elementary School Staff Restroom and Window Replacement Project. The lowest bid is determined by the total of the base bid and specified additive/deductive items. The contract duration is 300 calendar days: 150 days for early procurement and off-site fabrication, then 150 days for on-site access and construction, with liquidated damages for delay.
