Site work for a parking garage in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage.
Provide labor, equipment, and material to accomplish the PSC Employee and ARFF Parking Lot Improvement Project. Submit proposals by mail or by hand. Bids must be prepared on the standard proposal form, placed in a sealed envelope marked with the project name, and include the company name. Contractors must be on the Port’s Small Works Roster to be eligible. Bids will be opened publicly, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder or the bid judged in the best interest of the Port. The successful bidder must execute the agreement and provide required bonds and proof of insurance within 10 days of the Notice of Award. Work must begin within 10 days after contract execution and be completed within 45 calendar days of the start of work. Contractors must give the Port a minimum of two weeks’ notice before starting work for tenant notification. A pre-bid meeting and site walk-through will be held at the project location.
