Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Thomasville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

This project will replace two aging packaged DX, cooling only, rooftop unit (RTU), which serve the entire Mendenhall Building, with like-new replacements. This project will also include control scope by the contractor including new equipment controls, reconnection to existing terminal unit controls, and replacement of controls wiring between RTUs and existing Tridium JACE based BAS panel. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
