The Beckley Housing Authority is seeking sealed proposals for Vacant Unit Turns at its residential properties. General specifications and bid documents can be obtained at the Beckley Housing Authority office. Davis Bacon wage rates and other Federal Labor Standard Provisions do not apply. The Beckley Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part or to waive any informality in bidding if deemed in its best interest.
