Upgrade of flooring to new LVP flooring in the CWU ECLC (Early Childhood Learning Center), in the spaces specified in Attachment A. The base bid shall be to furnish all labor, supervision, materials, services, and equipment required to remove and replace flooring at the CWU ECLC in accordance with the Bid/Construction Documents. Contractors interested in bidding must be listed on CWU's Small Works Roster and have a current Washington State Contractor's License. All bidders must have successfully performed work of a similar scope and nature. Contractors must pay prevailing wages in accordance with RCW 39.12 and submit an apprentice utilization plan prior to receiving notice to proceed. Minority and women owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids, and the successful bidder shall provide a plan for inclusion efforts to utilize diverse business enterprises for any CWU goods and services contracted prior to commencing work. A site walk-through is encouraged but not mandatory. Any clarifications or product substitution requests must be submitted at least five working days before bid opening.
