Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Auburn, California. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The work consists of providing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, service, and supervision necessary for tree removal and vegetation maintenance services on a time-and-materials basis. Services will be performed throughout the Agency’s power system in Placer County, California, including remote areas with limited or no vehicle access. There may also be as-needed vegetation maintenance for the Agency’s water system. The contractor must have a valid State of California Class A, or C-61, or D-49 contractor’s license in good standing. Both scheduled and unscheduled/emergency work is included under this contract. Proposers and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). All proposals must be submitted using Agency forms, in accordance with the Request for Proposal Documents, and comply with all requirements and specifications provided. The Agency may award one or more contracts not to exceed $3,000,000 over five years, and reserves the right to negotiate, reject proposals, or waive informalities at its discretion. The contractor is responsible for meeting all applicable legal requirements, securing permits and licenses, and adhering to all laws and regulations relevant to the work.
