Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Replacement of Air Handler Units and associated Architectural, Structural and MEPFP work. Bid Packages include: Construction Cleaning, Selective Demolition, Concrete & Masonry, Firestopping/Fireproofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Stucco, Drywall & ACT Ceilings, Flooring, Painting & Caulking, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. All conditions and requirements for Bid submission, consideration, and award are contained in the Contract Documents. Any company interested in receiving the documents shall send an email to the address provided. Prior to downloading the documents, each firm must execute an NDA. Attendance at a non-mandatory pre-bid conference is encouraged. The project includes a 0% minimum SBE/DBE participation goal for the total GMP of the project. Equal opportunity provisions apply. The right is reserved to waive any bid irregularities, informalities, or technical deficiencies and to reject any and all bids.
