Separate and sealed proposals will be received for the Greensburg Pike Tank Painting - Contract R054-26. Bids can be mailed to the specified address or dropped off at the designated bid mailbox at the Distribution and Engineering Office Building 3. Contract documents, including drawings and detailed specifications, are available at Gibson-Thomas Engineering, Latrobe, PA, for a non-refundable fee. Bidders are responsible for viewing the project site on their own. Questions must be directed to Chris Wharton by the stated deadline via fax or email. Each proposal must include a certified check or bid bond equal to ten percent of the proposal amount, made payable to the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after submission. Pennsylvania prevailing wages apply. Non-compliant bids will be rejected. The Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality, or accept any bid deemed in its best interest.
