Navarro Independent School District intends to construct a new Secured Parking Expansion for District Fleet lot to accommodate fifty (50) school buses and District fleet vehicles. The site is located on District-owned property adjacent to the Navarro ISD baseball and softball complex at 6450 N. State HWY 123, Seguin, TX 78155. The Project will be enclosed by perimeter security fencing with locked, automated access-controlled gates to safeguard District vehicles and equipment. The selected Civil Engineering Firm will provide complete civil engineering design services, including but not limited to: site civil design, grading, paving, striping, and bus stall layout sized for fifty (50) buses; stormwater drainage design, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and TPDES compliance; perimeter security fencing and automatic gate design with required electrical and access-control coordination; design documents f orthe relocation of an existing tiny home currently located on the project site; and coordination with all permitting authorities. Construction of the Project is anticipated to be procured by the District using the Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) delivery method. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
