The Peace River Regional District is requesting tenders from qualified proponents for Flow Monitoring Stations at the Charlie Lake Step Sewer System. Each proponent is responsible for examining all the documents and any addenda, and for informing themselves of all conditions that may affect the tender before submitting. Tenders will be evaluated based on experience, references, completeness, price, and other factors as determined by the Regional District. The Regional District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders and to waive irregularities at its discretion. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Regional District also reserves the right to negotiate terms and conditions with the successful proponent. All submissions must be uploaded electronically to the specified website before the submission deadline.
