The Town of Braintree, pursuant to M.G.L. 149, is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the Hollis Elementary School Walk-in Cooler Mechanical Rebuild. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Laws apply to all services. Payment bonds are required. The vendor shall include the cost of the bonds and permits in the bid. Quotes that are not prepared as required will be considered non-responsive. It is the sole responsibility of a vendor to ensure its quote is received, regardless of the manner of delivery, by the deadline. The Town reserves the right to cancel all or part of this solicitation and to reject in whole or part any and all proposals.
