The building shall be 25 ft. wide x 50 ft. long and 15 ft. high. The building shall be pre-engineered frameless, steel buildings by Behlen or equivalent. The concrete foundation will be a slab on grade with a 12- inch wide and 12-inch high curb to anchor/secure the buildings panels to the slab. The freight storage facility will have one (1) man door and two (2) overhead doors to allow forklift access. Lighting shall be provided for the interior and exterior of the facility as well as interior and exterior plugs. Additional power outlets to be installed to support the power supply for two reefer containers for chilled storage.
