Closing Time: 2:00 PM NT Question Acceptance Deadline 2026/10/01 2:00:00 PM NDT Tenders are invited for the construction of a new single-storey Personal Care Facility in Makkovik, NL, comprising: Care Home Wing: six (6) resident rooms (five standard, one palliative care), shared dining and community spaces, nursing station, medication room, tub room, and support spaces Women's Shelter Wing: two (2) private resident rooms with shared support spaces Common Areas: visitor lounge, kitchen/servery, staff areas, mechanical/electrical room, entry vestibule, and accessible washrooms Associated site works per the Civil drawings and Division 31-33 of the specifications Mechanical and electrical work per the separate specifications prepared by CIMA+ Project details: approximately 660.9 m2 gross floor area, one storey above grade, Group B Division 3 occupancy (NBC 2020), combustible and fully sprinklered construction.
