Site work for a service station / car wash facility in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
The work consists of removing and replacing existing underground storage tank(s) (USTs), oil tank(s), fuel dispensing systems, associated piping, pumps, motors, fuel management units (FMUs), concrete apron, light poles and bases, and related plumbing, electrical, and accessory equipment. The work also includes providing temporary aboveground storage tank(s) (ASTs), dispensing systems, FMUs, supports, apron, electrical connections, and related accessory equipment necessary to maintain fueling operations during construction, as shown in the plans and specifications. Pre-qualification requirements: Prequalified bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A, A/B, B, or A-22. Contractors pre-qualified pursuant NRS 338.1379 intending to bid must attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 21 13 – Instructions to Bidders.
