General Requirements - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award The City of Livonia Parks & Recreation is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive high dusting and elevated surface cleaning services at the Jack E. Kirksey Recreation Center. The purpose of this project is to remove accumulated dust, debris, cobwebs, and particulate matter from elevated and difficult-to-access surfaces throughout designated areas of the facility. Services shall include cleaning of exposed structural elements, HVAC ductwork, piping, light fixtures, architectural ledges, and other elevated surfaces located within the Lobby, Fitness Area, and Gymnasium spaces. Aquatics and pool-related areas are specifically excluded from this project.
