Demolition and removal of two existing exterior metal doors and one frame, and installation of two exterior fiberglass doors and one fiberglass frame. Question Deadline 06/24/2026 at 2:00 PM ET A. CONTRACTOR shall field measure all dimensions. The CITY will not be responsible for measurements. The CONTRACTOR shall verify all measurements and ensure new frame and doors fit existing opening. B. CONTRACTOR shall submit a detailed work schedule to the Facilities designee prior to performing the work C. CONTRACTOR shall demo and remove two (2) existing exterior metal doors and one (1) frame. D. CONTRACTOR shall install two (2) new exterior fiberglass doors, one (1) fiberglass frame. E. CONTRACTOR shall legally dispose of any old materials and doors. F. CONTRACTOR shall provide any and all equipment required to complete the work. G. CONTRACTOR shall comply with all Florida Building codes pertaining to the service of this IFQ. Completion: A. CONTRACTOR shall schedule a final inspection with the Facilities Superintendent or designee. CONTRACTOR shall correct any deficiencies found during this final inspection. Final decision on workmanship shall be determined by CITY representatives. B. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that materials and hardware damaged during removal and installation are replaced at no additional cost to the CITY. Awarded QUOTER (hereafter the "CONTRACTOR") shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and transportation necessary for demo and removal of two (2) existing exterior metal doors and one (1) frame. Replace with two (2) exterior fiberglass doors and one (1) fiberglass frame.
