Removal of existing permeable pavers and replacement with concrete paving, concrete sidewalk, storm sewer infrastructure, stormwater quality improvements, and related improvements located at the Storm Lake Marina, 207 West Marina Road, Storm Lake, IA 50588. Sealed proposals for this work must be filed before 10:00 A.M. on July 10, 2026, at the Buena Vista County Conservation Board office in Peterson, Iowa. Bids will be opened and publicly read, with results reported to the Buena Vista County Conservation Board. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or technicalities, and to enter into contract(s) as deemed in the best interest of the Buena Vista County Conservation. Work shall commence upon Board approval of the contract, as stated in the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed on or before December 1, 2026. Each Bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security in an amount equal to 5 percent of the total bid. Bids shall contain no conditions except as provided in the specifications. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the contract and furnish the required Performance, Payment, and Maintenance Bond or provide a Certificate of Insurance within ten days after acceptance, the bid security may be forfeited as liquidated damages.
