Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked for the City of Charlottetown, Mount Edward Road Storm Sewer Replacement, with two copies (one paper and one electronic) delivered to the specified address before the tender closing time. No fax, email, or electronic submissions will be accepted as the sole method of submission, and it is the bidder's responsibility to ensure timely delivery. There will be a public opening of tenders after closing, and vendor selection will occur after City Council approval and tender evaluation. Results will be posted on the City's awards webpage.
