Description

Renovation of a residential development in Westborough, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade residential development.

Request for Qualifications for renovation of a two-story structure, with basement, Construction includes: gut renovations to the facility, an addition of an elevator, installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, windows, roofing, finishes as well as exterior site work. Scope also includes coordination with existing/new site utilities and coordination with the districts radio/dispatch vendors. The construction duration is approximately 12 months. Sub Bid Category Elevators Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Only prequalified General and Trade firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified.
