The project includes the renovation of the planning facility lobby and office spaces on the first floor of the building. The project will include demolition of existing spaces, construction of new offices, electrical, HVAC, flooring, painting, ceiling systems, and millwork. Work includes selective demolition, new interior construction, finishes, millwork, and associated modifications to HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems to renovate the lobby, offices, and workspaces. The first floor renovation is limited to the existing lobby and west office areas, with the remainder of the building generally remaining unchanged. The scope also includes limited mechanical rework in a second floor office, including the addition of supply and return air diffusers.
