Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in New Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

CMAR selected pursuant to this solicitation shall provide all labor, supervision, professional services, management expertise, systems, materials, temporary facilities, administrative resources, coordination, and other services reasonably necessary to successfully plan, price, procure, construct, commission, and close out the Clock Factory Redevelopment. The services described herein are intended to be consistent with the Construction Manager as Constructor delivery method contemplated by AIA Document A133, as modified by the Owner, applicable federal procurement requirements, HUD regulations, and all other project-specific requirements. All questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than June 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST using the Glendower's Collaboration Portal website
