Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in New Haven, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Construction management at risk services for the redevelopment of the Clock Factory. All questions concerning this RFP must be submitted in writing no later than June 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST CM@R selected pursuant to this solicitation shall provide all labor, supervision, professional services, management expertise, systems, materials, temporary facilities, administrative resources, coordination, and other services reasonably necessary to successfully plan, price, procure, construct, commission, and close out the Clock Factory Redevelopment. The services described herein are intended to be consistent with the Construction Manager as Constructor delivery method contemplated by AIA Document Al 33, as modified by the Owner, applicable federal procurement requirements, HUD regulations, and all other project-specific requirements. The selected CM@R shall become an integrated member of the project delivery team during design and shall work collaboratively with the Owner, Glendower, Elm City Communities, the City of New Haven, the Project Architect (TBD) legal counsel (McCarter English), environmental consultant (Payne Environmental LLC), Historical Consultant (TBD), financing participants, and other consultants to advance the Project from design through occupancy. The CM@R shall be expected to apply a proactive, solutions-oriented management approach emphasizing cost certainty, schedule reliability, quality control, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and successful delivery of a large-scale mixed-income redevelopment in an active urban environment.
