Reference number: 20152317 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-06-22 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 13 Description The municipality of Saint-Léon-le-Grand is requesting bids for culvert replacement work. The bidder who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and quotes produced by the engineering department of the MRC de Maskinongé. Bidders must obtain the tender documents on the SÉAO website. The fees are set according to the pricing established by the SÉAO. Bids must be placed in a sealed envelope and clearly identified. They must be submitted to the municipal office at 52, rue de la Fabrique, Saint-Léon-Le-Grand J0K 2W0 on the date and under the conditions set out in the most recent tender documents available on SEAO, where they will then be publicly open. A tender guarantee in the form of a certified check or a tender bond for the amount of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the submission. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all liability towards any of the tenderers in the event that all the tenders are rejected.
